问题描述：

网站以http访问，一切正常，当绑定SSL证书后，以HTTPS访问，出现以下问题

问题解决：

查看服务器操作系统是windows2008，检测发现是由于服务器的TLS版本低于1.2导致的问题。那么我们只需要给服务器升级TLS版本即可，新建txt文本，复制下面整个内容到文本中，修改文本的后缀为reg，上传到服务器中，然后以管理员身份执行文件，提示导入注册表，点击确定，导入成功后重启服务器。再次以https访问网站，恢复正常。
